After years of growth, Aero Recip’s President was faced with the challenge of unifying business units acquired over time. Our unique product, Sediba™, combined strategic planning with storytelling to create alignment. The outcome was comprehensive and measurable.

After creating the company’s story, we leveraged it to bring executive together with the company’s strategic thinkers, managers and tacticians. An alignment plan was created that moved the company forward, and OZZ was there to implement in the following ways:
  • Creation of Gregorash Aviation, a brand that serves as an umbrella for the old and the new
  • Adaptation of the company’s story into a true story fictionalized version for broadcast www.OZZmedianetwork.com. The story was portrayed through video stories, music and other web-based media
  • Measurement of the company’s strategic goal through Public Forums held in Winnipeg and Calgary, Canada and in Anchorage, Alaska. Knowledge was gathered at the Public Forum and online
  • Generation of editorial in aviation industry media and in U.S. based Venture Magazine.

OZZ worked with GE Capital Solutions on a product video for a new financing product line. We worked with senior management to establish a plan regarding the new product and its launch at a national sales meeting in Whistler, BC. After the video was produced it was shared with two hundred sales reps from across the country.

During the shoot, OZZ made our employees feel comfortable with a process that at times can be intimidating. When OZZ first started working with Protegra, it was a successful company operating out of Winnipeg, Canada with client work in countries around the world. But the company’s CEO knew that alignment would be required to move the company forward. By combining strategic planning with storytelling, three key strategic goals were facilitated by OZZ to achieve this objective:
  1. Clarify The Company’s Core Offering – Deciding whether they were a product or service company had been a long standing debate amongst the company and its shareholders
  2. Connect Directly with the Company’s Buyer – The company knew it had the skills to improve the efficiency of organizations by working directly with the CEO’s and Presidents
  3. Diversify the Company’s Client Base, Starting in its Home Town – Primarily known for its work in the financial services industry, Protegra needed to diversify its client base at home and abroad

Our work resulted in internal clarity and external success. Everything from a new brand, to private events, to interviews with media resulted in contract conversions and a clear, focused organization ready to serve the needs of its clients.
