Our system, called Sediba™, aligns the missions & visions of our cients with their stakeholders to create stronger corporations in a measurable way.

Named after a South African tribal word for “wellspring”, Sediba™ sources knowledge as part of the process required to create a story.

There are three steps:

1. We meet with the Executive to review the company’s mission & vision, and then we establish a plan to make people believe in them.

2. We create the story to show the company’s mission & vision to the world through interaction with company departments, and then through interaction outside the company with the public.

3. We launch this story to get everybody to engage and interact. We report their responses to Executive to manage profitable transformation.
